Mary Seton Corboy cofounded Greensgrow Farms in 1997 and currently serves as chief farm hand—overseeing a staff that tends to an urban farm, plant nursery, farm market, and Community Supported Agriculture food delivery program. As director of Greensgrow Philadelphia Project, she develops environmental solutions and assists initiatives ranging from biodiesel production to green roofs to composting toilets. Greensgrow is a national model in urban agriculture and sustainability. Municipal Court Judge Patrick Dugan serves as presiding judge on Philadelphia Veterans Court, which hears cases involving military veterans facing criminal charges. A decorated veteran of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Judge Dugan is a JAG Corps officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. Prior to that, he was a sergeant in Civil Affairs and an infantry paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne. Joseph A. Frick has served in leadership roles for several Philadelphia-area organizations involved in health care, media, human capital, and community fundraising. In 2011, he became vice chairman and managing partner at Diversified Search after serving as president and chief executive officer of Independence Blue Cross. Mr. Frick will chair the board of directors at The Philadelphia Works, Inc., the region’s new engine for workforce development. Dr. Risa Lavizzo-Mourey, a Harvard-educated physician, is president and chief executive officer of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the nation’s largest philanthropy devoted exclusively to improving health and health care. She joined the Foundation in 2001 as senior vice president and director of the health care group. Previously, at the University of Pennsylvania, she was the Sylvan Eisman Professor of Medicine and Health Care Systems and director of Penn’s Institute on Aging. About our leaders
