Michelle Ortiz is an artist whose large paintings tell stories and try to bring communities together. If you were painting a mural, what would you want it to show and why? 10.  Read the story by Hernando Perez. What are specific ways that Dr. Perez says you can make your home a safer environment? Research information about air pollutants in the home. Create a flyer for your school to inform others of ways that they can keep their home safer and pollution-free. 11.  Lt. James Reif says “It is easy to do the right thing when everybody’s watching.
