Darren and Phyllis Sudman are the founders of Simon’s Fund. The nonprofit is dedicated to screening children for undetected heart conditions and to increasing awareness about sudden cardiac arrest. Phyllis Sudman, former vice president of interactive marketing for America Online, manages the online business of Dick’s Sporting Goods for eBay Enterprise. Darren Sudman, a former lawyer and lobbyist, now serves as executive director of Simon’s Fund. Both Mr. and Mrs. Sudman are graduates of Ohio State University. For more information: www.simonsfund.org. Carolyn Tassini, D.P.T., is the physical therapy team leader of the Drucker Brain Injury Program at MossRehab, part of Einstein Healthcare Network. She has been at MossRehab since 2006 and received her doctorate in physical therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute for Health Professions. Seamus is a fully trained and certified facility dog. He works in MossRehab’s canine-assisted therapy program, helping patients achieve their therapeutic goals. Marc Vetri is the chef/owner of five Philadelphia restaurants and one in Moorestown, N.J. He has been recognized for his work with such distinctions as the James Beard Award for “Best Chef Mid-Atlantic” and Food & Wine’s “Ten Best New Chefs.” Along with Jeff Benjamin, Mr. Vetri is also the co-founder of the Vetri Foundation. One of the foundation’s signature initiatives is its Eatiquette™ school-lunch improvement program.
