June 2015…Several months ago we announced that we had received a challenge grant from the Hamilton Family Foundation and asked for your help: The Foundation would give us $5,000 if we could raise a total of $5,000 in new or increased gifts from individual donors or family foundations. We are pleased to announce that we have met that goal.

Funding from this challenge grant will allow us to further develop our student reporters’ writing and research skills and enhance their health knowledge. In turn, they will produce newspapers, books, and related media for their schools and communities.
