At first, I felt nervous but after asking questions, I felt less nervous and had a lot of confidence in myself. One big idea that I’ll remember from Dr. Murthy’s answers is that even though you could like having alone time, it doesn’t mean you’re lonely, but you could still take a couple minutes to socialize with someone or go somewhere with some of your friends or family.
What I would probably do differently after hearing Dr. Murthy is stop being on my phone so much and instead take a few minutes to reflect on my life or my day. I hope others will try to do what they possibly can to talk with someone or go to an event with friends and get to know more people so they can overcome their loneliness and feel proud of others and their self.
It was a great interview, and everyone did a great job with their questions. It also was a great experience, and it helped me learn more of how to have professional etiquette with someone who is known like Dr. Murthy.
