Classroom teachers are integral partners with our programโs efforts to educate elementary and middle school students about literacy, journalism, and health.
We are humbled by the feedback some teachers have shared with us about their studentsโ experiences:

โOur students get excited for it. The value is in a real-world application to all the stuff that they have to do every day in the classroom.โย

โItโs an amazing feeling for them when they get to hand out their printed newspaper to the other students and their parents also read it. You can see the smiles and the pride.โย

To keep our school partnerships strong and growing, we set a three-year goal last year to raise $1 million through our Building a Healthy Future campaign. Success will mean we will be on track to reach some 3,000 students annually by the 2027โ28 school year.
If youโve already contributed or made a commitment to our fundraising campaign, THANK YOU! To those who have yet to join us or wish to give more, we look forward to having you be part of it!
