Healthy NewsWorks reporters helped us with our media coverage of our 2014 Healthy Futures conference, and we hosted them for a mock press conference about dental health with Kids Smiles in 2012. We are so proud to see these future leaders learning and writing about health and, in turn, teaching us how to stay well. These are important conversations and life lessons, and we are grateful to the student reporters for sharing these messages with our community. I am inspired by these young journalists, who use their skills to expand their knowledge about healthy behaviors and educate others about the health of our communities.
