By Maribel, 8th grade | July 2021 … When I hear the word “mindfulness,” I think of breathing out all my stressors. I think of being aware of them, and then being aware of how to approach them differently. And finally, I imagine taking a break from those stressors and becoming more aware of my surroundings for a moment. All of this leads to a clearer mind.
